If your users can't find what they're looking for, they'll take their money
elsewhere. Eye Tracking technology allows you to
see your display, website, brand, advertising or marketing through their eyes. It lets you see where they look, for how long and most importantly, what they miss.
This technology allows us to measure the ability of brands, packaging, advertising and signage systems to break through visual and social clutter and gain priority by the viewer. It also documents the ability of website navigation, advertisements, logo's and product labels to hold attention and lead readers to key marketing messages ("stickiness").
Eye-Tracking goes mobile to see what people see in their home, work, shopping, school, while driving, playing sports, watch TV or movies
"Because our eye-tracker is not static we are able to provide contextual usability research and analysis. Understanding of the context of any real activity gives the best possible insights into potential problems and usability issues". We are able to integrate our eye-tracker into social and business environments as these often influence the effectiveness of user experiences and task effectiveness. The eye-tracker is completely remote and does not need any connection to software, hardware or existing networks. The equipment is lightweight and can easily be carried around in a small pouch by the tester.
We are also involved in testing marketed materials including interactive television, product placement, billboards and store graphics. Current eye tracking capabilities allow testers to walk around while wearing light weight remote capture equipment, to wander down high streets, walk into shops or view computer screens, TV's or cinema presentations.
We also operate Brand Recognition Testing on media offerings where the dailies (rushes) from TV advertising and program product placement are tested using eye-tracking to see if the embedded brand messages are being passed to viewers.

Alex Arthur uses mobile Eye-Tracking equipment in training
Alex Arthur, European (EBU) Super Featherweight champion is using the latest mobile eye-tracking equipment available to track and enhance his boxing technique. The equipment supplied is lightweight and can be worn without connection to other computer hardware.
Eye-tracking captures the overall view and the moment by moment focus of the wearer with two miniature cameras and puts one image on top of the other with a cross-hair. “This technology linked to our analysis techniques lets us see what is viewed, for how long and how the wearer follows through based upon what they have seen. In the case of a boxer like Alex Arthur we can see if he is hitting the targets he is aiming at, this assists in his training schedule. Mobile eye-tracking and AI Usability analysis can assist any athlete or sportsman who requires fine tuning in their targeting and coordination skills” says Karl Smith, managing director.
