If you would like to earn a little extra money on an irregular basis please register using the link below and you will be contacted when our clients request user testing relating to your attributes.
All personal data is confidential. The data is converted into testing groups and personal identifiers are removed prior to group allocation. The data you submit is kept on file unless you request its removal.
Participation fees vary and can range from £10 to £35 an hour dependant upon the depth of testing required. Occasionally testing may be held at distant specific locations required by the client, in these cases participants will get travel expenses.
Testing will take place in a major city; Edinburgh, Birmingham, Southampton, Leeds, Cardiff, Nottingham, Glasgow, Dundee, Norwich, Aberdeen, Manchester, Inverness, London or other to be advised.
Age ranges 5 to 16 years with parent or guardian (fees include parents or guardians time with their child) and 17 to 90 years.
Please Note: If you are a parent or guardian filling out the registration please put the young person's details in and use your email address as we will contact you prior to testing.
Stringent child protection policies (Pdf) are in place for the protection of both children and staff. Under no circumstances will anyone under 16 be invited to attend testing without prior verbal communication from us with the parent or guardian that will also attend. There is a provision within the payments for the time of parents or guardians while they observe testing.
We are involved in several types of testing, the specific details of what we are investigating will not be divulged as this would influence the results. In any testing that you are invited to attend the practical process will be explained to you before you come, to allow you to opt out if you do not wish to be involved.
Testing of technology and media by real users allows designers and clients to understand potential problems, opportunities and helps to avoid costly recalls and product or marketing failures.
